Kegel Exercises - Kegel Mushq

Inn mushqon kay saath "Kegel mushq" bhi shamil karein (iss ka zikar aagey aaey ga) yani tasawwur kay sath kay bar kegel practice karein. Kegel exercises ki practice sey aap kay discharge ka lutf zabardast hoga. Yeh practice har roz ki ja sakti hain. Inn sey jinsi jazbaat bedar hotey hain, woh log jo inn mushqon ko baqaedigi sey kartey hain inn ki jinsi zinadagi zyada lutf angez aur shandar hoti hai. Jinsi amal waley din Kegel exercises ko har 1 hour kay baad karney sey aap sex sey zyada lutf andoz ho sakein gey.

Iss kay bajaey faraj ko saaf aur naram kaprey sey khushk karein. Rubbing ko zyada karney kay liye zakar kay ooper thora sa shehed (honey) lagain shehed nuqsandeh nahi hai.
