Kegel Exercises For Urine Drops Problem

Ek aur tareeqa yeh hai kay urine pass karney kay baad left hand ki fingers sey testicles ko thora sa ooper uthaein aur phir urine ki nali ko bilkul root sey dabaya jaey, dabatey dabatey tip tak pohonch jaein. Iss kay baad washroom jaey baghair inn muscles ko contract karney ki din mein three time subha, dopahar aur sham mushq karein. First week mein 5 times, 3 seconds kay liye muscles ko contract karna hai. Waqt ka andaza karney kay liye watch use karna ki zarorat nahin bul kay 3 times "1001,1002,1003" count karein 3 seconds ho jaein gey. 2nd week mein yehi mushq 10 times, 5 seconds kay liye karein. 3rd week mein 15 times aur 10 seconds kay liye mushq ki jaey. 4th week 20,10 times aur 15 seconds kay liye,5th week 20,20 times aur 20,20 seconds kay liye kegel exercises ki jaey. 6th week bhi yehi mushq karein.
